About TogetherNow


TogetherNow is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to building a network of community-based organizations in the Finger Lakes region of Western NY, and breaking down barriers between health, education, and human services. Our innovative design work is guided by community input and feedback, based on human-centered design practices. With the support of care providers, policymakers, funders, and community members, TogetherNow develops projects that are all about systems change and empowering people, especially those most impacted by the social care ecosystem.
